I dropped my car off @9:00am to the service dept. I was very reluctant because of past service but went ahead and did so being its the only Chrysler dealer in Clarksville. I waited to be greeted. I had an appt at 9:30 ,he proceeded to say they might be able to get the diagnostic done by today. Great service appointment. Clear communication, fast work, fair price. When washing the car, they even did the insides of the door frames! I would recommend this business very highly without reservation.

Yesterday I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo! Beautiful vehicle at an outstanding price. Theo was a wonderful salesperson to work with and Melody with the finance department took care of everything! It was an all-around OUTSTANDING experience! And my husband loved the popcorn! We would recommend this business to anyone!

Purchased my 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sport, as well as, my wife's 2016 Grand Cherokee Laredo in the last 2 months. We could not be happier with our new Jeeps. Our salesman was awesome! Wait, I was our salesman!
We went to look at a used truck and were very unhappy with the service. At least two salesmen were right outside the door smoking and just watched us. Once a salesman helped us, the truck had beer cans in the bed and smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray, and it appeared they hadn't bothered to clean the cabin before showing it for sale.
