Two week wait appointments are no good, time to hire more technicians! Customer service needs work, if you can't fix my vehicle that day, at least tell me where I'm at in the queue or give me a call at the end of the day. Day two, we'll see what happens, and please don't assume I cant hear you getting a attitude as you talk to another person while I'm on the phone

My husband and I left this morning with little to no expectations of leaving a car lot with a vehicle much less 2! We spent the day going back and forth, yes and no. The situation we were in was little to be desired and not easy at all to work with and we asked for the impossible to happen. Larry Parr was upfront with us and let us know he will work with us and for us til the end. He meant it when we were waiting to hear about financing he kept coming around. I just purchased my second vehicle from your establishment. It was the best service at a car dealership I have ever had and I just wanted to let you know. For my local friends Brian Cope, is your guy. He is friendly and efficient. For the first time in my life I walked out of a dealership feeling satisfied with my purchase. I'm keeping his card. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the guy that put the finance package together because he's really nice to work with as well.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Bought the car I wanted on the internet. It had all the features that I wanted from the factory, and all the additional features that I had requested plus a full tank of gas. Giovani Torrey was a great guy to work with. We were in and out in less than 3 hours and that included the time he took to explain the features of our new Ram 2500HD. Other salesmen when asked questions about features said "I don't know". Yesterday 5/29/17 I went to Gary Matthews motors and spoke with a great salesman chip about getting out of my GMC lease. Chip was very quick to recognize my dilemma and was able to walk me through the process of getting out of my lease unfortunately I did not buy a vehicle with Chip but I would highly recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to go see Chip at Gary Matthews motors.
