Received excellent care from Dr. Blum and his staff. Very convenient location in town with access to clinic and physical therapy. Dr. Blum was professional, had nice “bed side manners”, and cared about my well-being.

I had an accident and refer to this Dr., I needed a splint, which he ending doing it, because the specialist could not do it. His nurse was rough on applying anesthesia fir this to take place, damaged the nerves around the area. Dr. Blum finalized the job, and left. There was no follow up, nor any instructions after. Almost a month later, I still splint and worry on what is the next step because nobody said anything. Ruined and made my finger deformed. Refused to address the issue after surgery. Told the therapist to inform me to accept situation. Years later, I revisited him for help and he saw me only to get extremely unprofessional. Where is our justice system when you need it. Hawaii has no medical malpractice system and no protection against malpractice.
