Gary and his team are top notch. From listing to close on our PB home, The Kent Team went out of their way to accommodate very uncommon requests as we reside out of town. I cannot think of anything that went off track, and for a real estate transaction, that's something to behold. What a great experience!
Where do I start? Gary Kent and his team are rock stars. They bring a certain calmness to a transaction that I can't say the same about other agents. Real Estate transactions can be stressful but I have never felt that way when buying or selling with Gary. I know that each transaction is going to go as smoothly as it can and when issues do arise, Gary is great at working toward a resolution with his clients. His years of experience and market knowledge really pays off and he is a great resource for any real estate needs!
Kelly is amazing to work with. She is truly one of the best and she made purchasing our home easy and was phenomenal in representing us. She made sure our offer was very attractive to the seller and during the process worked with them on any questions or concerns we had. Most of all Kelly is a great person and our family enjoyed working with her. She included all of our family and our kids loved being around her. We highly recommend Kelly!!

Marco made our first home buying experience as smooth and stress free as it could possibly have been! I don't know how we could have gotten by without all his help and guidance. He helped keep us on time for our inspection period and loan contingency removal. His team also did a great job facilitating the transaction. I worked with Marco when an offer with another agent fell through and was immediately impressed with is professionalism, knowledge and great attitude. The other offer ended up coming together and my one disappointment was I didn't get to work with Marco for the full process. If/when I buy another house or sell my new home he will be the realtor I'll work with.

Gary and his team sold my condo in Pacific Beach within a week and got me the price I wanted. The transaction was very smooth and quick. Escrow closed within 30 days with no issue. I was very pleased with the transaction so I listed a second condo, also in Pacific Beach. It was sold within weeks at the price I wanted.
