Dr. Lum has been my dentist for over a decade, providing me with professional, trustworthy, and practical care. He meticulously evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of treatments before seeking my informed consent. Dental hygienists Agnes and Chelsea are exceptionally thorough in their cleanings. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. My appointments are consistently punctual and efficient.
Highly recommended office to go to! I go to both dentists there, Dr. Lum & Dr. Lee --they are both honest & caring. I am a grinder and they help me with that. Have no reservations, there staff are also great. I am lucky to have found them.
The worst experience i dont recommend seeing these dentists very rude and didnt even go over xrays. I would suggest going to another office where you’re not waiting forever to be seen. Very unprofessional and rude. Wish i wouldve have done more research on dr lee and d lum
I've been going to Dr. Lee/Lum's office for about a year now. Usually, I just stop by for cleanings. Aggie is careful and efficient with her time. I've also needed to come in for a fill for my tooth, and staff is quick to accommodate based on my schedule. I enjoy the friendly staff, clean space, and prompt reminders for appointments. Easy parking in the area. The office is located on the second floor. Stairs to get you up, but elevator is available as well.
I got a tooth cleaning from the dentist. It was the laziest cleaning I've ever had. Usually, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour to complete with a good dental hygienist, but it only took about 10 minutes. He barely removes calculus; I can still feel and see them after cleaning. The dental assistant is lazy too. His polishing and flossing skill is not good, and he hurts my tongue.
