Beautiful, huge, and amazing mums at such a great price. So excited to display them at our Fall Festival!
I have been a customer for decades. I have spent an insane amount of money there. Today, I tried to exchange a hanging plant that was clearly not healthy. I did everything right to keep it alive. Everything else I bought on the same day is doing fine. This was the "customer service" I received. "It'll come back"," "I had a man yesterday try to return one too"' "We can't control the weather", "If we exchanged all the hanging baskets that died, we'd go out of business". REALLY?
