We worked with Gary twice in trying to sell our house. The first time was unsuccesful due the terrible market at the time, but he then helped us lease out the house, finding us a tennant in one day! His company then managed our property for two years and then quickly sold it when we were ready to sell. I found Gary to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a great listener. This was the third transaction that I have used Gary Goldberg. He has an uncanny feel and understanding of the market. He uses multiple strategies to advertise and market the property and gave excellent advice in preparation of the property for sale. I will definitely use Gary again to sell or buy properties. UPDATE!
