Gary negotiated a great purchase price for us on an older home that had small issues (that he pointed out to us). He's practical and reliable and a good communicator. I would recommend him for purchase AND sell!

Every step of the way, we were impressed by Gary & his real estate team. He helped set our list price using extensive market data, used technology & social media to market our home, made use of his extensive realty contact list, & patiently walked us through the escrow/sale process. Finally, he accommodated our work & travel schedules by making himself or a member of his team available at virtually all times of day. The sale of our home was as seamless as possible, thanks to Gary.

Gary Goldberg did a stellar job advertising and selling my home back in November 2017. With so many years experience and a real estate law degree, I knew I was going to be in good hands. We utilized Gary for the purchase and subsequent resale of our beach house in Carpinteria California. He dealt with some very difficult situations and was successful in accomplishing our goals for the beach house. Gary is fantastic! Very knowledgable, responsive, and most importantly creative when coming up with appropriate solutions when encountering unexpected (and sometimes anticipated) problems as our buyer's agent.
