Dr. Gegerson has been my optometrist for about 30 years. He cares about you as a patient and concern about your eye care. If you need to see a specialist he will send you to experts in their top of their field, who care about you.
Dr. Gary Gegerson has been my eye doctor for 15 years. I have recommended him to all my friends and once they switch Doctors they understand my excitement when I visit him. He is just such a joy to be around. He’s professional, intelligent and personable. He takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions no matter how silly they may seem. Dr. Gegerson has been my eye doctor for as long as I can remember(15-20years) and has never provided anything short of excellent care. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth, he truly loves what he does. From before I needed glasses to after, and from when I wore contacts then post lasik eye surgery, he is my go to guy. Definite A+ service in my book.
Dr. G provided me with an incorrect prescription and I paid $300 for new glasses that were unusable. His inaccuracy and carelessness is unacceptable in the field of health/vision care. His wife/office manager provided no customer service- she was unprofessional and expected me to pay to recheck my eyes and make good on a new prescription. Patient beware!
Excellent care with great help in finding exactly the glasses you need. No pressure just good people.
