I have been coming to their office for several years. The staff is always friendly, and both Dr. LaMonds and Dr. Bateman are very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I drive thirty minutes to use them when I have had other options, even after moving. Would definitely recommend them.
All of the staff are the ultimate in professional. I am always treated well, seen in a timely manner, completely informed of all conditions, current and potentially developing, and fees are most reasonable. I will never change dentists as long as I reside in this area.
I started going to Dr. Bateman about 3 or 4 years ago when he was working in downtown Cincinnati. I was so impressed with his skill as a dentist and his personality that I followed him to his new practice in Milford, Ohio.
Dr. Bateman is professional but friendly and attentive. I am always relaxed on my visits to his dental office. I had a cleaning by his assistant, Tricia, this week. She did a thorough job, and I didn't feel any pain. The other office staff are always friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend his office to others.
