Great service department and freindly staff, never put under pressure but all the cars I looked at had bad body work, overpriced and you'll get about 30% book value on your trade.
I did not purchase my Honda here but I sure wish I had. My first impression just calling with a few maintenance questions, I was blown away and the sincerity and time they took to EXPLAIN to me my options. During my drop off, shuttle service, and pick up. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and thorough! I will only be coming here for service in Bowling Green. I can tell you the other dealers/service centers I’ve used since being in BG... are not comparable in customer service

Drew and Jakob were the best I’ve ever seen, knowledgeable and thorough and kind. I spent 8 hours at Toyota with them jacking me around... I walked into Honda truck center and bought a killer CRv in 30 minutes! Impeccable service. I have bought several at Honda and never disappointed. I’ll never go anywhere else again. Free car washes as a perk too! Thanks!!
