I have been going to this place for years. Gary William has always given me great haircuts. I recently tried Sandy & I LOVE her too! I always leave there very happy. I love the energy of the place. They love their clients & it shows with how they keep their salon both inside & out. They are one of the nicest properties on Oxford Ave.

completely ignored and inconsiderate – After a couple of phone calls I'm not as irked as i was before. Its not just the waiting that upset me but the carelessness that i felt while i was there. Since the salon apologised and also because I have been going there for some time with no other problems I will give it a try and hopefully the same scenario doesn't repeat.

Insulted. – Where to start? I had been going to Gary Charles for a while after it had been recommended by a friend. At first I was displeased because I'd always come out with dye on my ears/head. I mean -- for what they charge -- that shouldn't be an issue. I finally found a colorist (Gail) when mine called out sick one day. Well, she was amazing! Amelia also gives an awesome cut.
