If you are looking for a caring, attentive, primary care doctor who will help in your care coordination as you age Dr. Bonacquisti is NOT for you. Dr. Bonacquisti only cares about getting paid. My mother has been his patient for over 15 years and now that she has late stage dementia and it's become near impossible to get her out of the house (the local fire department has had to do so 3 times) Dr. Bonacquisti is refusing to see her for a virtual visit because he's concerned he won't get paid. My doctor is very nice. He was concerned with my symptoms and the symptoms the week prior. I did not ask but I would have preferred a steroid shot and antibiotics shot then the meds. But I'll be fine with just the steroid pak and antibiotics. I wanted to ask him about my thyroid meds but I've read one thing at a time per visit. I don't know if he is like that but didn't want to ask.
Provider and nurse assistant is not the issue at this practice. Front office staff is a disaster.
