Dr. B is caring and listens to what you have to say. He is direct and gets to the bottom of things with labs, CTs, etc. I have been going to him since he first started his practice. There is no way that I would trust anyone else with my health! He is the BEST! His nurses are awesome too! His front desk staff is exceptional and I can usually get an appointment the same day if not the next. They take care of referrals and always get back to me if I have an issue. Bad doc. As a new pt. He spent only 8.5 minutes with me I am a cancer researcher for 51 years. Needed Annual visit only & help to modified stopping a additive medicine, not a Opiodate and this doc wanted dismiss me and send me to a Psy. Doctor. Who takes cash only. He does not accept new Medicare pts. Either, Which I am not. I Am FEDERAL CANCER RESEARCHER. BE VERY CAREFULL *DO NOT WASTE YOUR LIFE ON THIS GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY MALE SPECIES
Always listens and checks my meds thoroughly.
He’s so caring and listens without acting like I am complaining. He was very good during Covid pandemic and treated me via a virtual visit when my own doctor of 10 years told me to stay home and go to ER if I got worse. He was the county health official and knew all the latest statistics and treatments. He prescribed 5 different meds and after 5 weeks of covid, I started to feel better immediately. He said the last thing he wanted was for me to go to the hospital.
Despite repeated requests for a return call, never received. Dr. B thinks very highly of himself and is apparently too busy to speak to a long time patient. Tried to reach out to him on multiple platforms. Nothing. No longer seeing this arrogant man or dealing with his staff! Beware.
Dr. Bonacquisti has been my doctor for the past 20 something years! I totally trust his opinion and treatment plans for all I have seen him for throughout the years! He has great bedside manner and always has a smile on his face. Dr. B is a good christain man and loves the Lord! That is the best kind of doctor to have. Love you, Dr. B!
Staff is awful and not very nice. They need to learn customer service. Unfortunately we have an HMO that requires a PCP so everything has to go thru their office. Hard to make appointments. Referral that was requested was never sent over. Even after calling multiple times, they just say it was done. Will definately be changing doctors. Its unfortunate that bad office makes someone not want to come see the doctor.
After many years of being his patient, his staff refused to make an appointment for me because my insurance was with Home Depot and they "did want to deal with them any more" Would not even allow me to pay for my own appointment.
