1. There was a shooting in one of the units in this building. Exploding a pipe above the restaurant and mail room. Just be careful. 2. Pipes burst all the time causing the alarms to go off in the building and the FD to arrive to mitigate the situation. This likely also means there's a lot of mold in the building. 3. We’ve had a wonderful experience living at this property over the past three years. The apartment building is always clean. The maintenance staff are diligent. Even during holidays, when we got a few issues, they came right away and took care of everything. The residents are friendly. Occasionally, there are small gatherings that make the community feel welcoming. The apartment is pet-friendly. We don’t have pets ourselves. Still, we enjoy seeing our neighbors’ pets around. Former resident of Garver Point Apartments. Leaving a review after 3 years at this location. First heard about the apartments from a friend who had lived there for a year. I moved from Galaxie Apartments, which had slow or broken elevators, long wait times for repairs, and little interaction with management, so I decided to move to Garver. I'm a resident at Garver Point, and I've had excellent experiences with the maintenance team here. I have found them to be very prompt in responding to requests and they're truly pleasant human beings who want to make things better. Shout out to Olivia, Mark, and Cory!
