This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Garrow has been trying to fill teeth for a few years that don't need filled. During a routine exam he poked a very sharp probe so deep in to the pulp of my tooth that my face and arm went numb and I almost passed out in the chair. I have had pain and swelling for days after. I had 3 cavities filled. I didn't have any pain or discomfort until I let him do work on my teeth. It's a month later & still have discomfort. Furthermore, the receptionist told me my insurance covered everything which she later told me 2 weeks later after all work was done that she made a mistake. I told her I wouldn't had the work done if my insurance didn't cover it because I can't afford to pay for it. She said she'll discuss it with doctor and get back to me. Dr. Garrow is very patient as is his staff--however, i am yet to be confident in his skills as a crown that i had put in is still very sensitive after 6 mths. thus I am hesitant to have him do any further work

Dr. Garrow and his office staff have treated my family for 10 years. They have given us excellent care and are courteous and friendly. They have been especially patient with my young children who were not always the most cooperative. I recommend Dr. Garrow and his staff highly.
