I cant speak to everyone in this office, but as to Mr Berry. Ive never know of such inefficient ineffective counsel. i cant understand how he is been allowed to practice law as a defense attorney. He makes every decision in the prosecutions favor. My boyfriend was on a Misd 1 yr do 6...he did violate(i know at the end of the day its all on my boyfriend) but he still had a right to have a day in court. The first phone call was great. After that it declined horribly. The paralegal was very nice but the gentleman who answers the phone was not just condescending but extremly rude if not EVERY time I called. Made it extremly difficult to communicate with the firm and get things done and also left me feeling horrible every time i had an interaction with him. By far one of the WORST law firs in all of Indiana! You never know who will be defending your case. Their paralegals have an attitude as soon as they pick up the phone. Im looking into to reporting them to Indiana BARS Association! They care NOTHING about the clients they represent. You hate to make it about "race" but it hard not to the way the treat "certain" people. AT ALL cost, AVOID this law firm. Will save you money, time and the Tylenol/Advil supply you have in your home.
