Great experience with office and medical staff. They do rotate which doctors that are in the office, so I have been seen by a few different ones. They do have good record keeping for patient information so I don't have to go over my history each time I see a new doctor.
My husband had the appointment. Said it was a good experience. He was listened to and felt he received excellent feedback
I really appreciate the time Shirley Roddy took to review my medical records for my annual wellness exam. This facility since it's move last year have been a revolving door of individuals and Shirley has maintained a high standard of individual care.
Receptionist has 0 customer service skills, someone else should be answering the phone.
When calling to make an appointment is awful. LONG waits and no live person, have to leave a VM at 11 every time and no returned calls as of yet and it is 3:00PM
