My wife and I wanted to try this place since she is Venezuelan but left somewhat disappointed. Three tems in a row on the menu were unavailable. We ended up ordering something we didn't really wanted to try. Arepas are good, not great, and items friends and family ordered were ok. Pricey for the food/location. I was willing to give it another try but wife said no. You know how people want to call everything authentic, not buying it anymore.
Hi.... My friend saw this place on the news and was impressed with the presentation, so we decided to go on his birthday, 12/21/17, for brunch. Initially we were disappointed because we wanted "breakfast/brunch" but we soon learned that that option is only available on the weekends.... After reviewing the menu further, we make our selections only to learn that sauce required for his choice was unavailable. If it’s fast food you’re looking for, may i suggest McDonalds! If delicious, well crafted, Venezuelian food is what you crave, Garrido’s Bistro is the place to be! We’ve enjoyed our lunches here each time, and appreciate not being rushed! A great place to enjoy a meal with your friends! The Mermaid arepas was excellent!
Love the food. Love our server Tabitha! Love the drinks! Place is cozy. I saw them on IG and wanted to try their food and they didn’t disappoint!
