Garrido's Bistro has an excellent ambience, but the Venezuelan cuisine is superb! I try many different items on the menu; Arpeas, many appetizers, Paella, Beef Stroganoff and most recently, Red Snapper and the Tuna dinner. Every item is prepared at its finest. Met a friend for lunch here yesterday; neither of us had eaten here prior. It turned out to be a great choice because there are so many GF options on the menu. Every single item we ordered was delicious! The pico de gallo and guacamole that accompanied the plantain chips - fresh, house made and flavor loaded!
