RecommendedI've been going to Garrett motors for years. About two weeks ago called for routine maintenance check. Arriving ahead of time found that appointment was not put in. I wasn't turned away but waited for two hours!! Next time will call to confirm.

Well i guess , I once took my suburban for a water pump replacement . Only thing they forgot was the gasket other than that ya ok .
Garrett Motors just feels like family. I was treated like I counted instead of just a customer. I will tell friends about Garrett Motors. I purchased a used vehicle that was previously owned by 2 different repeat customers of Garrett Motors! I’m very happy! If you need a new or used car go see them! The drive to Coolidge is well worth it!
I have a new, 2019 vehicle to either trade-in or sell. I offered to provide the VIN and other details about the car for a ballpark estimate. Will that work? Nope, you have to come in and deal with the sales pitch and sit behind the desk while they get the manager. I'd rather not waste their time and I'd rather not waste mine listening to a salesmen tell me they are going to offer well-below KBB, which they all do. So, will they at least give a ballpark? Their response: "Thank you for your response. We’ll pass."🤔
They are the friendliest people around, so helpful and considerate. They go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want at the best price possible. It is so nice when Jim "The Boss" calls after a sale has been made to thank you for your business. All of the sales personnel are great, especially Eva😊
