Went to Garrett's today, just to take a look. Immediately a very cute young lady came out of the building to greet my husband and myself, asked if she could help us, told her what we were looking for, she showed us a cute little car jus around our budget an what we wete lookig for, and just like that we walked away with a new car! Thank you Liz Nixon for being so thorough, courteous and helpful with all our questions and concerns, girl you are awesome!
Best car buying experience in our memory. The staff was respectful, honest,friendly and fair throughout the whole process. Can't say enough good things about our sales person Liz Nixon and sales manager Tom Tatich. Fred Bradley was top notch and a pro at handling the financial end of the sale. What a great crew to deal with.
If I could give no star I would. The mechanics are a bunch of children who clearly aren't competent enough to work on a vehicle. Candi and Spencer are not equipped to handle customer complaints. Instead of being professional and working to solve a problem, they blame the customers and hang up on you! Spencer's exact words were "I'm going to hang up on you and that is as professional as you are going to get". I did my homework before using Garrett's. Reviews were very complimentary so I tried them out. Good service first time around and in a timely manner considering I popped in after a phone call. They fit me in. Free car wash was a bonus though it wasn't thorough. But it was free. The second time was an oil change and again done well. Good, friendly service. But again, the wash lacked effort. Wheels were untouched. Had to do them at home afterwards.

We loved EVERYTHING about Garrett Motors. They went above and beyond when buying our 2015 truck. Everyone from Jimmy Garrett on down helped us. We will most definitely be back!
