I had a leak under my sink that needed immediate attention, so I called Garrett Hansen Plumbing. Since I just moved to Basalt, I did not know which plumbers in the area were reputable. Garrett came to my house within the hour, assessed the problem quickly, and did everything necessary to resolve the issue and return my kitchen to its original state. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and I am grateful to know he is someone I can trust to handle all of my future plumbing needs.

I reached out to Garrett Hansen Plumbing to handle replacement of a bathroom faucet. Garrett asked me to send some photos and then he sent someone within 3 days. The repairman was polite, efficient and cleaned up after the repair was made!

Don’t be fooled by foolish negative reviews—Garrett Hansen is the most honest and knowledgeable plumber I’ve worked with in the area. After having multiple competitors misdiagnose and delay, claiming more parts and labor were needed, Garrett showed up, swiftly took apart the shower more deeply and confidently than any others had, and fixed the issue on the spot with nothing but the tools in his pockets. We had a somewhat emergency situation where our hot water heater broke down while we were out of town. Our son was there, but not able to help much. I did what I could to trouble shoot, but it was beyond my skill set. Garret responded immediately, gave me a reasonable quote and had workers on the job early the next day. The work was professional. I worked in the construction industry (project manager) for over 45 years, so quality work and workers is important. I recommend them.

This is the second time the same driver has done this: sitting in the passing lane going well below the speed limit! Hello, this is against the law! I really hope that these employees can get some lessons on safe driving… it doesn’t seem safe having them on the road. Let alone working on my plumbing needs.
