The best medical team in the city! Both doctor's are extremely knowable, flexible and patient-centered. The technicians and entire staff are not only extremely professional but the nicest of people as well. i moved out of the area but have retained them as my physician and chiropractor because of the high quality of care and professional integrity of this place.
There is a blatant disregard for professionalism at the sake of turning a profit at this practice. The receptionist cleverly uses her docile demeanor as a front for dishonesty and harassment. She did not tell the truth about the cost of care, lying about insurance coverage in order to convince to pay out of pocket via some type of family plan the office has. My mother, an older woman about to reieve brain surgery, has such a plan, and this receptionist has mercilessly harassed her about coming in for treatments, threatening ... read more
