Most of the real estate agents I have dealt with thru the years were evidently looking forward to their commission giving the impression the client owed it to them. And then I met Garret, which surprised me because he, in a friendly manner, took the time to explain every step of the purchase while also describing he property pro and cons. He impressed me because he seemed more interested in protecting my interest than whether he was making a commission or not. As I said, very unique person, way above others, in my opinion.
Recently requested a referral for a house painter and Garret Jones got us the contractor/painter Andy Yi who did a wonderful job. Took 4 days with his painters starting at 8am and done each day at 4:30. Great resources Garret.
