I stayed for 8 days and unfortunately did not receive room service during my entire stay. After the third day, I requested that my bed linens be changed, but it never happened. The customer service representative at the front desk even contacted housekeeping on my behalf, but the linens still were not changed. I was out of the room each day from 7:00 a.m. until around 8:00 p.m., so by the time I returned, the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. We booked last minute at IHG Garnier Panama City Beach Flordia and our whole visit was really nice! The manager and front desk ladies were very nice and the housekeepers! The breakfast included was awesome! Also the hotel is pet friendly and we were with other pet parents on same wing! The rooms were very nice and clean and beds soft and comfotable! Rooms are clean and well stocked by housekeeping! Breakfast is great. Front desk workers especially Nicoy (weekday evenings) have been So helpful from check in to when I needed Anything at all, great customer service.
