The location was phenomenal. I loved my room; it was super clean and quiet and smelled so good. The front desk staff was wonderful as well as breakfast. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. I read some reviews stating that it was loud or dirty, also excess charges...? I never had one problem. It was quiet, clean and well worth the price!! if you are ever in Paducah, make sure to give them a try!!!
Seeking room around 4 a.m. to rest for a few hours due to traveling long distance through the night for family emergency. Rude front desk person told us check in was at 3pm or we would have to pay $281 and check out was 11 a.m. Understand policy is policy but the attitude by employee was really distasteful.
