Stayed here for a couple nights. Seems to be recently remodeled. Rooms were clean but one of our beds was terrible, dipped into a valley in the middle. Basic breakfast but the coffee was pretty good. Kinda expensive overall for what it is.

I could echo the compliments about the room, amenities, location, price and comfort but what will have me returning every few months when I’m passing through is the customer service. Specifically that of the night representative: Kelcee Rebecca. The nature of my trips through Paducah are for business, so I have been on the search for a reliable hotel with friendly and accommodating staff alongside cleanliness and comfort, and I received ALL of that. Will be a returning and loyal customer. Thank you.

Amazing!! The place is super clean, smells great aaaand Dove body wash!! Haaha love that!! The pool was clean with plenty of towels and every employee we encountered was delightful, especially Angela which has to be a long way of saying angel, because that is what she is!! Thank you so so much ma'am truly the definition of hospitality!! 5 stars!!

You can tell the rooms have been remodeled recently, imo Holiday inn has nicer rooms, but not by much. Good price for the quality of the hotel. The breakfast lady, Angela, was very enjoyable to speak with, super friendly and made a killer breakfast (for a hotel haha). Friendly and helpful staff all around!

I can’t say enough good things about Garner. Always treated so well when I’m there! The cleanliness is is top notch and the amazing customer service from Sabreen and Christina are second to none! Highly recommend!
