RecommendedWe (of course) had a furnace down on the coldest day of the polar vortex. My husband tried his best, but in the end, we needed help. He called Garner heating & cooling. There was a wait, but they were there when they said they would be, and it was a super fast fix!! I highly recommend them!

Although it was a wait to get on the schedule, when the time came Brandon and Ben showed up at the times they said and did an outstanding job!! Clean neat and efficient In both workmanship and appearance ! I’ve worked skilled trades all my life and checked out previous work they have preformed and the guys at garner are top notch

Go somewhere else, doesn't show up for scheduled appointments, doesn't call. Owner is rude, can't believe he works in service industry. Is he really qualified in HVAC? Looked at my furnace said it was OK, quit working after 1st fire up in cold weather. Like I said go somewhere else.
I have needed off hours help twice now. The return call from their emergency number was within one hour the first time and 2 the second. Polite, knowledgeable, fair, interactions, Work on my units was premium, cost very modest. Office staff is very friendly. This is a family business and is shows that they care from start to finish.
