My furnace wasn't working sporadically. Garner Heating & Cooling was able to offer me a same day or next day appointment. It was freezing cold outside! They came out, fixed the problem and cleaned up the furnace. The technician was very professional and explained everything to me. He even cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using them again.

RecommendedWe just had Garner Heating & Cooling in Tecumseh come out and repair our Central Air. Another company said our unit was shot & wanted to replace our older unit. We could not afford a new unit, so we wanted another quote before replacing it. We called Garner & the tech came out & told us the unit is working fine, but needed cleaning. We had another company saying we needed a whole new unit, so we called Garner to get a second opinion. It was just the filter being clogged. We are extremely happy with their honesty. Very punctual and professional. Brad Garner even taught me how to change the filter myself. We will go to Garner for now on, they have our business!
We had Garner heating and cooling install a new furnace appx 2 years ago, and they just installed a new AC unit this week. They have great customer service from beginning to end. They also moved very quickly and we appreciate it so much. They are a small family owned business, which it shows and we love that. We can't recommend them enough.
