So many issues!!! Beware!! Horrible customer service! Scheduling errors etc. Front office lady has an attitude and doesn’t need to be working with people! Bill was higher than quoted by several hundred dollars the first time after being convinced some old fillings needed replacing. Straw that broke the camels back was after just a year one of those replaced fillings broke and they wanted to charge us again. Dr. Garlitz sees both my children and has for several years. He’s patient and kind. He always takes time to explain to them and to me what is happening. They have received excellent dental care. His staff is wonderful and always work with us to accommodate school schedules, insurance issues, etc. My husband has been so impressed, he switched from his long time dentist to Dr. Garlitz. Highly recommend!
Dr. Garlitz and his staff are great. My sons are very comfortable going to Dr. Garlitz. His team make them feel relaxed and they love the added bonus of watching a movie while getting their teeth cleaned. His office is modern and technologically advanced. My sons had been going to him for several years before I finally switched. Not that anyone wants a crown but I was pleased that he can do a permanent crown in one visit (when I tell friends in over states, they wish their dentist did too). Thank you!
We moved to SC 5 years ago and Dr. Garlitz and staff have taken excellent care of my family including my parents. He is fantastic at routine dental care, taken care of multiple dental emergencies for our two wild boys, and quickly scheduled my husband for multiple issues. Dr. Garlitz is warm, personable, and knowledgeable. The technology in his office is fantastic!!! We couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience, expertise, and expense. Highly recommend!

Dr. Garletz is very conscious as well as a family man. When you walk into his office you feel Welcome by his staff and then also by the Doctor himself. His work is very professional! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Office.
