I booked an appointment for them to come out and fix my water softener. Took the day off from work. Come to day of appointment, I never got the call that they were on their way. I called them and they told me they weren’t coming anymore. Very unprofessional. They should have told me in advance that they weren’t coming.
Jonathon Garlick has serviced our Kinnetico water system for us for many years, and has gone over and above to do an excellent job! We just purchased a new home and installed our system under our kitchen sink. I cannot say enough good about him, he comes promptly and explains everything so well. He’s awesome!
We just purchased our home with a Kinetico wayer system - one with which we were unfamiliar. We met Jonathan Garlick at the SCFF who promptly offered to stop by our home the following week. He took the time to explain the Kinetico system, check the filter and test the water in several different areas as well as identifying multiple hard water faucets within our home. Jonathan went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate his excellent customer service and expertise!
Garlicks installed my Kinetico system 20 years ago and it is still going strong. They have serviced the system since when George was still alive. Jonathon has taken over and we are just as plesed with him. He has gone above and beyond to respond, even coming over on a Sunday when the problem was more likely than not the well! Could not be happier with him, the company and the product!
Our KInetico water treatment system was installed by Garlick's Water in the Fall of 2008. I am happy to say that we have had absolutely NO technical issues with it whatsoever. I love the fact that the softener does not, in any way, rely on any electrical power because it is water powered! Additionally, our salt usage is minimal because the system only recharges based on water usage, not on what day or time it is as occurs with other manufacturers that I have owned in the past.
