We just purchased our home with a Kinetico wayer system - one with which we were unfamiliar. We met Jonathan Garlick at the SCFF who promptly offered to stop by our home the following week. He took the time to explain the Kinetico system, check the filter and test the water in several different areas as well as identifying multiple hard water faucets within our home. Jonathan went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate his excellent customer service and expertise!
Garlicks installed my Kinetico system 20 years ago and it is still going strong. They have serviced the system since when George was still alive. Jonathon has taken over and we are just as plesed with him. He has gone above and beyond to respond, even coming over on a Sunday when the problem was more likely than not the well! Could not be happier with him, the company and the product!
Our KInetico water treatment system was installed by Garlick's Water in the Fall of 2008. I am happy to say that we have had absolutely NO technical issues with it whatsoever. I love the fact that the softener does not, in any way, rely on any electrical power because it is water powered! Never install a Kinetico whole house water system through Garlick Waters in Blue Earth, MN 56013, especially if you have rusty water as it is a waste of money for the price you pay for it. We had a system that was installed in January 2021 that never worked properly, and it cost be roughly $9,000 for Powerlin ProSV Oxidizer-Iron/Sulfur, Water Softener and RO drinking system. Had a Kinetico water system installed today from Garlick's in Faribault. Couldn't be happier with them! Very affordable for this product. Johnathon was awesome! Professional, polite and respectful. He explained the systems, options and found what worked for our needs. Kept in touch regarding scheduling from the first visit until install was finished. Bonus! He was tolerant of our dogs!
