I love our Building. We are treated like family. When an issue does come up they are taken care of quickly. My emails and phone calls are always answered within 24 hours. Everyone in the company that I have spoken with has been kind and respectful and have gone out of their way to be helpful and supportive.
I loved my time in our apartment. There was a great sense of community, and if I had a concern it was promptly addressed. Ultimately, knowing what one is looking for in a housing situation is ideal before renting a place. Garland Properties has a wide range of options to suit different tastes, and I felt my choice was ideal for what I was seeking. Would definitely rent from them again.
