Garland Properties is fair, honest, friendly and accommodating. They are excellent landlords and the kind of folks who truly value growing the Roanoke community and promoting small business.

The Garlands built our commercial rental space completely to suit our needs. They were integral in helping us plan the layout, accommodated our many special requests, and were extremely fair in negotiating pricing. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again should the opportunity arise.
They care about their tenants, their properties, and the community. They treat us like royalty. Very responsive to maintenance requests. Best landlord I've ever had.
I have been really very happy with Garland properties. The apartment building I am in now has been beautifully restored and well maintained. They are very responsive to maintenance requests but also respect our privacy. It has been a real pleasure to live in this building. I will definitely consider other properties of theirs in the future.
