I a wonderful experience every time I visit this office. The staff is always pleasant and very through.
Another dominating performance by Dr. P. aka "The Doctor". He thoroughly dominated the action from start to finish in every department. His lovely blonde assistant could only look on with shock and awe at his speed and precision. This had to be a humbling experience for the other dentists in his office. "The Doctor" has been in control of just about every professional encounter since joining the North Garland practice. I had a very good experience, beyond what I have had at any dentist before. Everyone was really good but I mostly deal with Sheri (my Hygienist)she explain every stept before, during and espicially after she took the time to explain the Xrays and make suggestuions. I was not blessed with good teeth and have had many bad experiences with dentist so much so that I didn't want to go because I have been embarrassed of my teeth. All I have ever wanted was a nice smile, doesn't have to be perfect, I just want to be able to smile showing my teeth and I can't due to the cost even with insurance so I have cried and just suffered. recently I was referred by a friend to Dr Patrick and I have to say that they are all amazing and giving me hope that someday I will be able to smile. The ambiance was very nice. My reservation was at 0700 and I was promtly seated in a prime cubicle. Service was friendly and attentive and I love the no gratuity policy. My crown procedure was prepared and served just right. The new coffee bar adds a special touch to my dental experience. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to friends and colleagues. Need to add valet parking for prefrred customers.
