Everyone at NGFD is professional, helpful, genuine, and really nice.
I love this dentist and the entire supporting cast. Appointments have always been on-time; and I am never left sitting in the chair wondering when a procedure is going to begin. One of the best things about all the people at NGFD is that they talk to me like I am a reasonably intelligent person, they explain the need for any work, what to expect and any after-care. I have never been made to feel "stupid" when asking a question.
I've started going to see Dr. Paterick and his wonderful team at N Garland Family Dental this year. I unfortunately had an absyssed tooth and required a root canal & crown. I've had a failed root canal in the past with a different dentist/endodontist and it was a very negative experience. Dr. Paterick and Robin, his dental assistant) took care of me and made sure my comfort level was taken care of. The entire root canal and crown experience was completely different with Dr. Paterick!
