Run by people who care, these apartments should be called “togetherments”. No criminal background checks in case you need a second chance. The mentality is inclusiveness and fair housing.
My experience at Garfield Terrace Apartments has been awesome. Satchuel Paigelyn goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are happy. You will often see her around the complex taking care of the Garden or making a new comer like myself feel at home. I highly recommend Garfield Terrace Apartments!

The property manager Satchuel is extremely helpful and kind! She made my younger cousin, who will be a new resident in Indy in early 2018 feel at ease about her big move to the big city! The apartments look great and I am thankful for all of Satchuels help!
I loved living here! A pretty townhouse with a fantastic porch and the VIEW! It's close to everything. Just had to walk outside to grab the bus downtown.
