Started off was nice . and it's all depend on which nurse you get when you stay in the hospital . I believe nurses play a big when representing the hospital. The first night and the last day nurse was so so. But the second day shift nurse Debora on third floor was very nice and really doing her job.

The security guard was very rude and disrespectful in the E.R she has red hair and was fighting with one of the patients there literally saying that the patient has no idea what she's going through personally really leave your problems at the door people go to the emergency because there sick it was disrespectful

Every staff member was kind and helpful. This is a multi-lingual hospital with great communication. My surgeon, Dr. Foong did an amazing job and checked in on me regularly after the surgery. Also, it was pretty sweet to have vegan Chinese food made for me even though I couldn't eat it. The nurses were very attentive as wel.
