Dr. Patel was my surgeon that replaced both shoulders. Little scaring, little pain. Fantastic surgeon and person. Dr Corrales replaced my wifes knee with great results. Absolutely horrible. Made an appointment for a specialist and was seen by a physician assistant. No actual doctor in the building. Sent me home with an appointment over a week away after concluding I have a torn tendon on my elbow. Told because the doctor was not in the building I couldn’t get a MRI done quickly. Paid 171.00 dollars for a specialist appointment and wasn’t even seen by a doctor. Olivia was rude and not professional at all. Went for evaluation of a bad left knee pain Was seen by Ms Lopez (nurse practitioner) Excellent service, excellent chair side manners, very caring- received steroid injection- Today Monday feeling very relieved!
Dr. Patel did not do the surgery I was told I'd have on my shoulder. Instead he did the exact surgery that he told me prior "would not work" Then the surgery literally failed during physical therapy right after.
