Dr Williams was always professional and was very attentive to my complex issues. When he left Billings clinic he wrote a letter to me so that I could establish with a new provider. We were also able to discuss problems on patient connect which was very helpful during pandemic.
This doctor is a joke and so is his staff. He said he would send a referral and never did. I get to wait months for that apparently. Would not recommend this guy at all.
Run far far away. Dr. Williams may or may not be a competent physician. He was certainly pleasant throughout our interactions. But either he or his office consistently drop the ball on doing what they say they will do. A month and numerous calls to their office after a visit that yielded a referral and two prescriptions and…finally I got the name of a specialist (but no actual referral) and both prescriptions submitted.
