Towing is included with my insurance, so I can't speak on affordability but the guy that towed my car was SO NICE! My insurance company dispatched a different company first, and after waiting for 3 hours (not exaggerating I called for an ETA multiple times) they dispatched Gardner's, this guy was really helpful, and way quicker than he said. I'm going to request this company next time.
