I have never had an issue. Their inventory has good variety and the prices are very reasonable. They move a lot of cars so there is always something new. I recently paid off a vehicle and would be happy to buy from them again in the future.
I purchased a car from there and was a good running car recommend this car lot.
I have edited my review from 1 star to 5. In the past year Gardner has provided great customer service. Inasmuch as I have not had any other negative interactions with them, it's clear that they must have had a bad day.
Absolutely the worst customer service their employees often messed up car payments and will double charge you also sell you cars that end up being junk will not let you trade in or help you in any way you can not call and talk to the owner only the very rude manager named Sissy. I wouldnt buy a key chain from them. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. .Only their pockets. I will be calling the BBB first thing in the morning.
I have had my car that I got there for 3 years now and I haven't had a problem out of it. They helped me when I came to look at a car. And I have sent several people there and they are happy with their cars too. I would go back again in a heartbeat. And send more people to them.
I bought a vehicle a few months ago from them. It was running fine when I bought it. They had said there were no issues with the truck,and a believed them seeing they had a mechanics shop on the lot. None the less,I hadn't noticed,but the odometer doesn't work,no bug deal really.
