wow where should I begin ? for one they have an mechanic by the name of Kenneth and Russ obviously are allowed to do whatever they want . they worked on my car but tried scamming me ...they wanted over 600 dollars for a job done at gardners when actually nothing was done at all. my car is the only transportation for my disabled , grand mall seizure having adult. they have completely destroyed things that were not ...destroyed...do not ..I BEGGING YOU ..DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GARNERS AUTO FOR ANY WORK. I had got a 1998 Dodge Durango from here as a birthday gift to myself literally 3 days into driving the transmission went out, they asked me to bring it back I did they didn’t offer another car (loaner) til the truck was fixed and on top of that it took 2+weeks til it was fixed due to ordering another transmission and then fixing other cars that were ahead of mines. if you don't mind incompente professionalism. I recently attempted to finance a 06 nissan xterra. registration wasn't in my name when I left the lot, which led to gardners illegally reposessing it three weeks into having it; first payment wasn't even due yet. this situation could've been handled in a more professional manner. since 2005 I have had no problems at all, and referred others to come do business there untill now. somethings changed here. I have purchased 5 vehicles and have been pleased with them all. They have a great selection and are willing to work with you and get you riding again. The staff make you feel welcomed. I have one more child to buy for we will be back
well i bought a 1998 jeep grand cherokee and my heater stop working so i have no heat i will never buy from them again as long as i live and i expect everyone to follow behind me and keep others from getting screwed over from a company such as this place
