I am just paying it forward by writing this review for anyone who is considering working with this company. My personal experience is that Veonda Gardner was very communicative prior to me signing the Property Management Agreement. Once I signed the agreement, her tone changed.. And, forget trying to speak to her of Val Gardener via phone! That was no longer an available option! I am just thankful that I did not assign more than one property to Gardner Realty to manage.
