Great place to deal with! We recently bought a used car we found listed on cars.com at Gardner Motors in Elizabethtown, PA. We found the owner to be friendly and very honest. He was very upfront about everything and gave us a great deal on a great car.
Don't Expect a Call Back Called to discuss a car that was listed and gave the dealership my trade information. The man I spoke to was having trouble finding the trade in value, so he asked for my number and told me he would call me back in 15 minutes. Well, it's a good thing I didn't hold my breath because it's been four days and no call back. Definitely disappointed in their customer service. Luckily I ended up finding a car this weekend of the same make/model/year, so in the end they lost a potential sale.
