Gardens at Parkway is under a new company who is extremely racist to its tenants. Saying things like ghetto or bum behavior, asking people how do they pay their bills, keep their hair up and so forth and trying to push everyone out by making them sign leases that tenants who have lived here long before them will not get approved. Yes! They are making everyone sign new leases thru them and we will not get approved. New people are applying with and without section 8 and are not being approved. This new management is so pathetic! The old manager, Sara, worked countless hours & days and nights making sure everyone was taking care of and it would always get done. This new management hasn’t done anything to take care of the property and doesn’t even have the time for there resident, they’re only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays and even then they don’t answer the phone when they are open!
Ms Sara is a kind a hard working person. She definitely goes out her way to make sure you are welcome. She works hard and she’s definitely the kindest landlord I’ve ever had. I’ve been on the waiting list two years and homeless with my children so I’m truly baffled as too how somebody could be so rude as to saying that she doesn’t do her job or she’s moving in family members before other ppl. I’m not related to her and I had to wait like everybody else. Sara should be praised for what she does for this whole little community... read more
Landlord is very sweet & great with the kids that live out here. Maintenance is great & keeps you updated! Communication is awesome from both teams.
