DON’T RENT HERE OR ANY LINDY PROPERTY . I lived here for 4 years and every year without fail the rent was raised and the quality of the building declined . Electrical issues during heat waves , water shut offs for the building constantly , mice problem but to add insult to injury when I finally decided not to renew my lease , they stole my entire security deposit and lied about damages . 5/29/25 As per my previous review this property is a good place to live, it's quite area to live in, the property is kept clean inside and out. I am glad they switched from a coin operating washer/dryer to an app you can use from your phone!!!!!!! If any concerns or questions they promptly take care of it!!!!!
This place used to be nice to live in (no rodents. However, they have roaches and a lot of mice issues throughout the building. Especially mice.. Give it some time, and you will see them. My only recommendation is to get a cat because these mice in this building/apartment are out of control. Sorry to say but this is the reason I had moved.
Nothing but great memories here I grew up there in the 80s it was a great place to grow up! Nothing but fond memories. I may need to move back there as I am returning to Philly at the End of this month!
Do not move here! The customer service is absolutely horrible! My clothes have been damaged by the washing machine and there has been no compensation or accountability by the Lindy Staff. The maintenance person threatened to Tow my car and I am a resident at this building! There is no assigned parking and visitors are able to park in the parking lot where I pay my rent..
