Recently management put the notice on everybody door where they warn about people parking in other people spots (parking is a huge issue here), pets and also about drug problem in the complex. In the evening I have seen kids from nearby school smoking and smooching openly, the management just seems to be giving paper and does not seem to be enforcing anything.
