Been living here for more than 4 years now. Whenever my roommate and I needed something fixed, the maintenance team showed up in 1-2 days after we put in the requests (most of the time in 1 day). Their efficiency in assessing and resolving the problems has consistently met our satisfaction.
My husband and I have lived in the Gardens of Canal Court Apartments for 20 years. The office administrators and maintenance crew are professional, efficient, and quick to meet our needs, especially with building repairs. Love my spacious apartment! Just renewed my lease last month! Got carpet cleaning and that was fantastic! The maintenance crew is always so quick at fixing things and very nice. Office staff always nice and helpful! Hope to be here for a long time!
We have had a couple of calls to maintenance recently. In every case they have come very quickly, assessed the problem, corrected it quickly and efficiently, and left us completey satisfied. When you rent, good maintenance is one of the most important features. At Gardens maintenance takes very good care of us.
