An exceptional 5-year experience living at Gardens of Canal Court. Loved the 3rd floor apartment canal view and time on balcony with coffee watching the sun come up. Maintenance available and corrected every issue within hours of reporting. Management friendly, helpful and courteous. Wonderful location for walking to museums, to downtown restaurants, as well as the Convention Center. While I had a garage, parking was convenient.
