7 months ago over charged $250.00 on my copay, and refuse to give it back. This is called theft by deception. This place was owned by Brookwood, we called them and still nothing.
I had a very excellent experience here nice facility not crowded everyone friendly the Best Nurses wait in the pre op area was kinda long but i was comfortable while waiting i would recommend. Dr Guffin was my Dr.
wish I could leave zero stars 💕 next time a patient owes a balance, don’t wait until a few days before their next procedure to inform them. Backwards business and highway robbery is all I can say.
I was body shamed at this location by a lady named Jane , she said the wasn’t equipped for someone with my BMI
